Art and Soul Lab does not offer refunds for workshops, classes or events unless the workshop, class, or event is cancelled by Art and Soul Lab or one of its affiliates; this policy applies to all deposits and payments made.

In the off chance that a workshop, class or event is cancelled by Art and Soul Lab or one of its affiliates, you will have the option of either applying your payment/deposit to a future workshop, class or event, or receiving a full refund.

If you are unable to attend a workshop, class or event for which you have registered, provided you give a two-week notice (14 days prior to the date of the workshop, class or event) via email to Chantel@artandsoullab.com, you may apply the payment/deposit for the workshop, class or event for which you are canceling to the next upcoming workshop, class or event offered by Art and Soul Lab. If you are unable to make it to the next upcoming workshop, class or event offered by Art and Soul Lab, you forfeit your payment/deposit.
